ANNOTATIONS for the MAY 2019 SCOREBOARD

• The highest score of May happened on the first day of the month, following directly on the heals of our Grand Championship Grand Prix in April! On May 1st at Farside the newly minted Grand Champs of Trivia Club, 2 Fast 2 Curious returned as a full team to score 188 points at the Friendly Neighborhood ‘side!
• The second highest score of the month of May belongs to the team with the highest score to not win a Golden VHS for the month, as the Cunning Stunts finished as runners-up on May 1st at Farside with 179 points. This continued a more then 365 day win-drought for the winningest team in Trivia Club history.
• The third highest score on the May Monthly Scoreboard is the highest score across all five of our events at The Rec Room, with The Questionables seeing the Trebek-admiring teams rechristening themselves successfully! The Questionables scored 143 points on May 7th at The Rec Room Roundhouse!
• Also with the third highest score of May 2019, and the highest score at Hitch for the month, were The Sinking Ship who scored 143 on May 27th in celebration of Patrick’s birthday!
• The tenth highest score of May 2019 is the highest score outside of Toronto for the month, with The Green Meanie and Her Denim Devils scoring 106 points on May 7th at The Rec Room Masonville, our only first-time team on the Monthly Scoreboard! Not too far away, though just outside of the Top Ten, with the highest score of May at The Rec Room Square One in Mississauga were Three Musketeers who scored 96 points on May 7th! Finally, the highest score at The Rec Room South Commons in Edmonton, were Baby Mamas who scored 82 points on May 21st!
• The eleventh highest score of the month, just missing out on its inclusion in the Top Ten Scoreboard for May 2019, belongs to Quizzables, who scored 99 points on May 21st!
• This is the tenth consecutive appearance on a Monthly Scoreboard for 2 Fast 2 Curious, which also makes it five for five for 2019 Scoreboards!
• Making their second consecutive appearance on the Monthly Scoreboard are the Cunning Stunts!
• After a month away, Fuck Billy Zane, Dead on the Inside as The Laughter Stops Now, and Brewers Yeast Infection make their first appearances since March, two months ago, on the Top Ten. Cookiefaced and The Questionables, formerly known as Suck It Trebek, are making their first appearance since February of this year. Finally, our other returning team to the Monthly Scoreboard, Team Name are making their first appearance on the Monthly Scoreboard since February of 2018!
• The Mean Team of May 2019, the team with the high score closest to the Scoreboard average of 136 points were Team Name on May 7th.
