 F our teams have threepeated at Trivia Club, it's a very rare feat. Rarer still, is winning a fourth in a row. Something that no team has done, not the Cunning Stunts, not the Electric Mayhem, not the Good Folks from Laramie Cigarettes… but with Last Place Team, could the fourth time be the charm on a RE RE PEET?! They would have to defeat a collection of newcomers, legacy teams, and long-time (if friendly) rivals!
With the first round of Trivia Classic in the books, it was the M. Night Shaym-Aliens with the lead! Friendly rivals with Last Place Team, it has been a battle of association between the two teams, each regulars at Cardinal Rule, though both with the long game in mind… and always with a fun time being had on the night. Last Place Team were four and a half points behind in second place, with only a half point lead of their own on the Cunning Stunts. The Grand Champions had returned the week before, just in time to watch Last Place Team join them in threepeating! Even in taking off the month of May, no team has won more VHS tapes in 2017 then the Stunts. Four points behind the Stunts in fourth were Agatha Quiztie's Murder She Guessed?, friends and in part former Golden VHS winners with the Shaym-Aliens! Rounding out the field at our Original Home were newcomers Team Has No Name, and Na Triur Amadain!

When the second round of Game Show Games rolled around, it was another rare occasion like with Monday, of not one but multiple teams getting the FIFTEEN ON THE POINT answer, with Na Triur Amadain, Agatha Quiztie's, and Last Place Team nailing it, which gave the Last Place Team the lead after the M. Night Shaym-Aliens went one over and were left as the only team pointless in the first game! The Shaym-Aliens would bounce back in Survey Says, though with two good points, while Team Has No Name grabbed six points, and Last Place Team grabbed another four points! This of course made for a dramatic Combo Breakdown, which saw the M. Night Shaym-Aliens rally back as the last team standing and add FOURTEEN POINTS to their total, bringing them within a point and a half of the lead!

First though in our third round of Tri-Pardo, we would get to experience our very first critical failure, when Team Has No Name rolled a ONE on the first question! A truly historic role of the Icosahedron, from a first-time team at that! With the first question being worth 1 point, the second question was worth 11 points, and the third question was worth 111 points... no wait, 19 points! This made for a wildly weighted 31 points up for grabs! With the weight thrown off, the M. Night Shaym-Aliens got one question right and one wrong but lost eighteen points still! Agatha Quiztie's also lost points, while Last Place Team and Na Triur Amadain each grabbed a point. Team Has No Name would grab twenty points, pushing them within three and a half points of Last Place Team, while the Cunning Stunts would hit for the triple, and leap forward into first place for the first time of the night!

With the Cunning Stunts in the lead it was now a race to the finish, as the field pushed their chips forward for the Finale! The biggest danger the Stunts had was not getting the final answer correct... but they did not need to worry! No, on this night they were returning to the winners wall for the first time since their Grand Championship April!

Winning their NINTH Golden VHS of 2017, their THIRTY-FIRST all-time at Cardinal Rule, and their FIFTY-EIGHTH overall, the CUNNING STUNTS! Welcome back you all-timers, it was a come from behind victory that kept the fourth consecutive Golden VHS from Last Place Team, who finished in second place, also keeping them from sweeping June (a three out of four feat that the Electric Mayhem first did in August of 2014)!
