The 128th edition of Trivia Club at Hitch saw a return to twice monthly events for the summer months, on the second and fourth Monday of July and August! With that return saw a game crowd of trivia minded competitors!

 Trivia Classic  came to an end with the Fighting Mongooses, reigning Golden VHS Champs, leading the field! Not far behind were REO Speedealers, who themselves had a two and a half point advantage on Wookiee Goldberg. Team Fantastic rounded out the first round field of folks, just six points behind the Wookiee!

 Game Show Games  began with a new team entering; the Old Fashions! They picked up eight points in Countdown Takedown, while Team Fantastic grabbed the TOP TEN! Then in Survey Says, it was our newest team the Old Fashions with the TOP TEN, while Wookiee Goldberg was left pointless! This kept the Fighting Mongooses in first place before the third game, but with REO now within half a point! Finally in Combo Breakdown it was a wildly competitive back and forth that saw all five teams grab at least five points with the last team standing with EIGHTEEN aaand Cineplex Odeon event passes? REO Speedealers!

 Tri-Pardo  then rolled on in, with Team Fantastic starting the third round with a ten point first question, followed by REO Speedealer giving the second question three points, and Wookiee Goldberg finishing off the trio questions with eighteen points for the third question! All together this meant that thirty-one points were on the line! Fighting Mongooses, REO Speedealer, and Wookiee Goldberg would all grab three points, meaning that REO Speedealer would hold their lead on the field! Specifically the nine and a half points on the Fighting Mongooses! Then came the  Finale  question, which saw Wookiee, the Old Fashions, and Team Fantastic all go all-in, while it was a different story with the top two teams... the Fighting Mongooses would leave four points on the table, while REO Speedealer... unsure of the Finale subject, would leave forty and a half points!

Suddenly the win probability was in question, and with the Finale question answered... REO Speedealer fell to the runner-up spot with 70.5 points! With 88 points, winning their ELEVENTH GOLDEN VHS... the FIGHTING MONGOOSES!
