The M. Night Shaym-Aliens joined us at Farside and were immediately swinging for the fences in  Trivia Classic , posting a higher then 50 point score that is always a rare sight at Trivia Club! In second place after the first round were the Fighting Mongooses, making their third appearance at the newest home of Trivia Club! Falconhead were three points behind the Mongooses in third place, making their third Trivia Club appearance and first at Farside, while Brewer's Yeast Infection were also making their Farside debut after having played Trivia Club at Hitch in the past! Rounding out the Top Five (top five, top five) were Chanandler Bong, who were half a point ahead of Skin A Max! The bar team, to the Max, were four points ahead of Magic Cards! Rounding out the field were The Miami Dolphins, who were not only former Super Bowl Champions but also good folks from Good Cheese!

 Game Show Games  saw an excellent night for the M. Night Shaym-Aliens get even better with a perfect second round! How good was it? The Shaym-Aliens earned the TOP TEN in both the Countdown Takedown and Survey Says! The Fighting Mongooses looked to keep apace with six points in both of the first two games, while The Miami Dolphins grabbed two points in both the games! This then led to a Combo Breakdown that was ultimately a head-to-head between the M. Night Shaym-Aliens and the Fighting Mongooses! The Shaym-Aliens were riding high, and even though the Mongooses finished with TEN POINTS, it was a TWENTY POINT haul for Trivia Club's most well traveled team on their Farside debut!

This ace second round meant that heading into  Tri-Pardo , the M. Night Shaym-Aliens had already accrued ninety-six points! Things took a further turn for the historic when Falconhead rolled a TWENTY for the first question (becoming just the third team to roll a one and a twenty, along with Trivial Knowledge and the Shaym-Aliens), followed by the M. Night Shaym-Aliens rolling a nine for the second question, and finally The Miami Dolphins rolling a fifteen for the third question! This meant that all together it was a nearly traditional forty-four points up for grabs! The Shaym-Aliens got the first and third questions correct, but were tripped up by the second question, taking them out of that all-time range by a point and a half! The Fighting Mongooses got the first question correct, but answered the second and third questions incorrect, while the rest of the field didn't get off quite as easy... including a full forty-four point loss for The Miami Dolphins!

Though the M. Night Shaym-Aliens were not going to set a new all-time high score for Trivia Club, an unreal score on the night was still within range for Trivia Club's house team! Not only were they within range of their third 200+ score, but the new high water mark for Farside! All they had to do was get the  Finale  question correct. Going all in, they were joined in their all or nothing approach by the rest of the field! Yes, for our fifth edition of Trivia Club at Farside it was an all out affair! The Fighting Mongooses were unable to get the last question correct, and would have to wait another day to win their fifth Golden VHS... while Brewer's Yeast Infection got the Finale correct, and in return finished the night as the runners-up! Also getting the Finale correct?

The M. NIGHT SHAYM-ALIENS, who won a GOLDEN VHS CHAMPIONSHIP at their sixth location! After becoming the first team to win at five different locations, they become just the second team to win at six different locations (like the Cunning Stunts, they've won at Cardinal Rule, Lou Dawgs, Hitch, Handlebar, The Rec Room, and now Farside)! This also makes them only the second team to win an Active Triple Crown, having won the Golden VHS at our three current locations! This is their TWENTY-FIFTH GOLDEN VHS overall!

 ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED : FIVE X FIVE TIMERS CLUB!

The M. Night Shaym-Aliens join the Cunning Stunts, Electric Mayhem, and The Bastards with at least twenty-five VHS wins, and also join those teams in the select teams that have scored more then 7,000 total points! Speaking of points! The M. Night Shaym-Aliens scored 244 points on the night, at Farside! This is a new ALL-TIME HIGH SCORE at Farside, likely not a surprise, as it is just the fifth event! It is also the highest score at an active location, and is also the second highest score all-time at a Trivia Club event, just three points behind the total that The Electric Mayhem notched at The Last Rights & Wrongs at Cardinal Rule to end 2017!
