To join in on next week's Zoom edition of Trivia Club, our Trivial Awards edition LIVE on April 13th from the Trivia Clubhouse, email russelharder at gmail dot com for the link! You can also find the link on the event page for the Trivial Awards on Trivia Club's Facebook. For security reasons, keeping the trolls out, we'll need to know which names to expect to join the Zoom event!
Celebrating a full year of Trivia Club live from the Trivia Clubhouse (less a day) we held our 50th event of trivia goodness, which included 25 questions worth a potential 55 points! Taking the Top Score on our anniversary night at the Clubhouse was The Ghost of Bebe Rebozo who set a new overall top score with 48 points, and are also the newest holders of the Linear Championship Belt! Very close behind with 47 points were Team Reince Priebus’s Rancid Pubis, while with 46 points were the returning 2 Fast 2 Curious! Tied with 44 points to round out the night’s Top Five (top five top five) were Down by the Bay and joining in live, the Fighting Mongooses!
In the sixth spot on our 50th night were the Travel Buddies with 41 points, while Cookiefaced were close behind with 40 points. With 39 points on the night was Matt Smith as I Forget What Russel Smells Like! 34 points belonged to The Questionables by the end of the night, while Your Producer (and mine) finished with 25 points, Rondi finished with 11 points, Team Uno Persona finished with 9 points, and CherLou finished with 8 points!
Thank you to everyone who joined on the 23rd, and to everyone who played Trivia Club through our first year of events live from the Trivia Clubhouse! As I noted on the live stream, this year hasn’t always been easy for me, and it may not have been easy on you either, so I’m happy we’ve been able to spend an hour or so together on Tuesdays throughout it all. It’s helped.
