In a scene befitting THAT Agatha Christie novel, the field of teams were wittled down throughout the night at Lou Dawg's Southern BBQ... and then there was ONE left standing, rewarding another long competitive team this week, for the first time!

After the first round of Trivia Classic, a returned to full strength Cunning Stunts led the field and drank in their good times! Just two points behind them were Electoral College Chicks! On their tenth night out at Lou Dawg's Trivia Club were the Big Floppy Disks in third place, still lucking for that vaunted Golden VHS victory, while PETE! stood only one point behind them in fourth! Malibukkake Barbie were in fifth place, with the Blue Nose's rounding out the field! The Blue Nose's were stung however, and by the time the second round started anew... there were five!

Game Show Games begun with the Big Floppy Disks getting a much needed TOP TEN in a field where everyone gained by in the first game! Big Floppy Disks then followed things up with a second TOP TEN in Survey Says, with the only team not gaining any points being Malibukkake Barbie (no doubt in a Chancery somewhere) and then their were four! The field were no less competitive as they pivoted to C-C-Combo Breakdown.. which saw that two tied-up teams, the Cunning Stunts and Electoral College Chicks going one-on-one once again... with Lt. Dance's Electoral College Chicks being the last team standing to the tune of eight points... or else it would have been eight if another point wasn't added... before the Chicks flew too close to the red herring before being swallowed whole! It's a strain analogy, I know, but they did indeed Break the Combo, and soon after left the game... and then their were THREE for the Tri-Pardo!

Only nine points separated PETE!, the Cunning Stunts, and Big Floppy Disks, with two-outta-three Game Show Games giving the Big Floppy Disks the slightest of leads on the field. The Cunning Stunts gained twenty-five points in the Tri-Pardo, but PETE! and the Big Floppy Disks gained forty-five points with a clean sweep of the questions! So with the Finale it all came out to the Big Floppy Disks getting the last question correct... and they would clinch their first VHS in ten attempts...

And yes, yes they did! BIG FLOPPY DISKS are now GOLDEN VHS CHAMPIONS at Lou Dawg's, taking home their first Golden VHS on a competitive night of Trivia Club goodness! In doing so, they also put up a personal high-score of 148 points!
