Trivia Club returned to the Friendly Neighbourhood confines of Farside this past Wednesday for our thirty-ninth event, with returning Golden VHS champions going head to head with a collection of newcomers! Who would take home the prize, and would Mike Vernon be in that pack of hockey cards? (Yes, he would!)

 Trivia Classic  came to an end with the returning REDACTED in the lead! This was the first appearance for REDACTED since their debut and win at the twenty-fifth event at Farside in February! They held a strong lead on the field with 32.5 points, which was immediately tested in round two,  Game Show Games , as a new team in Vibeology entered the field and immediately got to the chase with the TOP TEN in Countdown Takedown (while REDACTED was kept pointless), before grabbing another TOP TEN in Survey Says, while REDACTED picked up six points! Still with a strong lead for REDACTED, thirty-four total points were rolled in round three  Tri-Pardo ! Hitting for the triple were Vibeology, though REDACTED still got the first and third questions correct and added another thirty points to their total!

 Trivia Finale  wagering was all the more unpredictable, as REDACTED knew they had the lead but wondered just how much of a lead they had… and both teamed wagered relatively conservatively, with REDACTED being able to take the win as long as both teams answered correctly or incorrectly, but Vibeology still having a chance if they answered the last question correctly and REDACTED did not answer the Finale correctly!

This is what happened! REDACTED finished the night with 46.5 points, while VIBEOLOGY entered the night for round two and put their foot on the gas to finish the night with 84 points and the GOLDEN VHS CHAMPIONSHIP!
