We closed out the summer months at The Rec Room, edging ever closer to our one year anniversary at The Roundhouse, with the 45th edition of Trivia Club on Bremner Boulevard!

 Trivia Classic  saw a broad field of teams compete in the Three10 restaurant space, with the results being quite closely knit, but with newcomers Bales Beall in the lead after the first round! The Tip Counts But the Points Don't Matter were in second place, also grabbing some Funko Pop! prize fun, while Suck It Trebek returned to defend their Championship from two weeks prior and were in third! Sandra was in fourth, while The bees, the bees, Oh, GOD, the bees! rounded out the Top Five (top five, top five)! Grey Matter returned and were in a competitive sixth place, two points off of fifth, while CSSTea were half a point back in seventh, tied with Quizzie Bears, while Baby Bull, Terrible, and the Islanders rounded out the pack, with the M. Night Shaym-Aliens late to the party but still finishing in the Top Ten to round out the first!

 Tri-Pardo  was time for teams to get even, as The Tip Counts rolled the first question for three, while Suck It Trebek rolled the second question for three as well, and finally the Islanders rolled the third question for eleven points, putting a lower if not still important seventeen points up for grabs! Hitting for the triple on the second round at The Rec Room would be Bales Beall to keep the lead, but they weren't too far ahead of The Tip Counts But the Points Don't Matter! Islanders and the M. Night Shaym-Aliens also hit for the triple, bringing the Shaym-Aliens into third, and bringing Islanders even with Grey Matter!

 Trivia Finale  time meant that the points now did matter, but not as much as the final answer, but most teams went ALL-IN! Save for Grey Matter who wagered two points, having been burned in their last three appearances and wanting to finish with points, and newcomers but leaders Bales Beall wagered twenty-seven of their fifty-eight points... giving the unexpected upper hand to the competition in the blind wager!

When the dust settled it was the M. Night Shaym-Aliens who finished as runners-up, ending their consecutive appearances with a Golden VHS streak (including The Rec Room and Farside) at five! The GOLDEN VHS CHAMPS on the night, first and gold, THE TIP COUNTS BUT THE POINTS DON'T MATTER!
