On an intimate occasion in the lead up of our first leg of anniversary festivities at Farside, Flavourtown and Team Erin McWhirter + one went head to head! After round one,  Trivia Classic  saw Team Erin McWhirter + one with the plus one point on Flavourtown!  Game Show Games  then saw Flavourtown nab the lead for themselves with the TOP TEN in Countdown Takedown! Then in Survey Says, Team Erin McWhirter + one nabbed the four point answer, while Flavourtown were able to grab eight points! Ultimately both teams were still quite close, but  Tri-Pardo  would shake things out even further! Fifty-three points could potentially be won, and Flavourtown would gain thirty-five of those from the first and third questions! Also answering the first and third correctly but second question incorrectly, to gain seventeen points, was Team Erin!

This led to a wager then saw Erin + one go all in save for half a point, while Flavourtown wagered fifty-three points! Ultimately though, it would be fifty-five points lost, as they finished the night with 30.5 points! This would also mean that Flavourtown were runners-up... and winning their FIRST GOLDEN VHS on the night... with 124.5 points... TEAM ERIN MCWHIRTER + ONE!

Congrats once more to Team Erin McWhirter + one, and thank you again to everyone who came out to compete at Farside this past Wednesday! In TWO WEEKS we return to the Friendly Neighborhood 'side for the first leg of our two event GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP at Farside to celebrate our second anniversary at the location! That's right, it's the return of Uncle Rubberknee's Head of Class... or more to the point, A GOLDEN SKULL!
