Congrats to Matthew S. of The Ignorant Sluts for following up his return to
Hartman Trophy-winning ways, and even with the seventh pick in the first round of cast drafting this
year, regaining first place with the help of a Gal Gadot host pick, followed THIS SAURDAY by Kumail Nanjiani! He's pretty good at this, y'all... but there's still a whole lot of time to catch up and make things wild and crazy this season! Speaking of wild...
Enjoy our VERSUS series, something we haven’t done with the SNL
Fantasy League since our first season. With the smallest group of teams
since that first season of ten participants within this blog post, I was allowed a little extra time to
give you all something new to keep occupied it. Think of it as the more
combative version of Saturday Night Live Fantasy League, and thus everyone will
be playing for the not actually real but the actually named Chevy Chase
Championship! No one went head-to-head on SNL, like Chevy. The schedule was established from an on-line source and filled out from our cast drafting order. Each team gets two bye games throughout the season, and the play-offs involve as many teams as possible while still rewarding top seeds. Look for a full schedule soon, but here is how the first week panned out after the second episode!
VERSUS 43x02 – Gadot x Smith
VERSUS will play to the unpredictably of week to week episode point totals, and we'll most certainly enjoy seeing how VERSUS both matches the traditional Fantasy League structure and separates from it!
